Our products are made with natural skins that are all different, each product is unique and can have a skin texture slightly different from the photo. It is the same for the stones which are authentic. Our upholstery is performed by quality craftsmen, our products are thus guaranteed against any manufacturing defect. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the product. Claims made on this subject will be receivable only for 14 days from the arrival of the product to the address indicated during the order.



Delivery

 

Deliveries will be made by post in chronopost followed.

Any claim must be made within 7 days of the arrival of the product to destination and returned at the expense of the customer. In case of degradation of the product during transport during the return, the product will not be accepted. Deliveries are free on France and Belgium. Participation of 16 euros for a delivery, in principle under 48 hours, for the rest of Europe UE + Switzerland. 27 euros participation for the rest of the world.

Order

 

The registration systems on our site are considered as proof of the nature, the content and the date of order. Any order confirms the acceptance of prices and product descriptions. We are committed to deliver orders received within the limits of available stocks of products. In case of out of stock, the order will be canceled and refunded or will require a waiting period of 9 to 10 weeks for a new manufacture, according to your choice.
